Returns

Not happy with your MTNLIFE product?   Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full refund.   Please follow the steps below:

US Customers:

To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received.

MTNLIFE Co. will accept returns for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund, mail your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of original order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
